Over decades of work, Dubac Quarry and PGM Ragusa's concrete products have participated in the construction of numerous infrastructure, public and commercial projects that have shaped the development of Dubrovnik and the wider region. Pelješac Bridge
One of the most significant projects we participated in is the Pelješac Bridge, as well as part of the accompanying road infrastructure. Material from our quarries was used in:
- construction of access roads
- tampon (sub-base) layers
- concrete structures made with our concrete
The quality of our materials contributed to the stability and durability of this key Croatian infrastructure project.
Brijesta – Prapratno road section
As part of the Pelješac Bridge road system, we participated in building the Brijesta – Prapratno section, one of the most demanding traffic routes in the Pelješac area. Our aggregate and concrete were used in all phases of construction.
Dr. Franjo Tuđman Bridge – Osojnik road
In delivering one of the more important roads in the Dubrovnik area we provided:
- high-quality crushed stone and mixes
- concrete in various classes, adapted to structural requirements
- logistical support with our vehicle fleet
Grawe centre
For the construction of a modern business centre in Dubrovnik, we supplied a complete package of concrete products and aggregates needed for load-bearing and architectural elements.
Former Atlantska plovidba building
The quality of concrete and stone material from Dubac Quarry was used in the reconstruction and adaptation of the building, to the highest construction standards.
Expansion of Dubrovnik Airport – Čilipi
We participated in one of the largest infrastructure projects in southern Croatia. We delivered:
- high-class concrete
- aggregate for base and load-bearing layers
- special mixes for heavily loaded surfaces
Medarevo Retirement Home
A project from the social sector where our material was used in the complete concrete structure and landscaping.
Dubrovnik Student Dormitory
In this project we supplied concrete and aggregate for building modern student infrastructure, including load-bearing structures and additional construction works.

Visočani Quarry
Architectural building stone – Unito and Fiorito
Hotel Excelsior – premium exteriors
Stone from Visočani was used to landscape the exterior surfaces of the luxury Hotel Excelsior. Thanks to the quality of the Unito and Fiorito types, impeccable aesthetics, durability and an elegant appearance that blends into Dubrovnik's historic architecture were achieved.
Grawe Centre
For the construction and finishing of this business centre, stone products made from Visočani Quarry blocks were used, particularly in exterior cladding and architectural accents.
Lapad waterfront
Stone from Visočani was used in the reconstruction of the Lapad waterfront, a project of exceptional importance for Dubrovnik's traffic and urban infrastructure, where high resistance to the coastal environment was required.
Lapad Bay
In landscaping the public areas of Lapad Bay, finished stone products made from our blocks were used. Numerous cladding, paths, stairs and walls were made from local stone of recognizable Dubrovnik aesthetics.
Gruž waterfront
In the modernization and landscaping of the Gruž waterfront, stone from Visočani was used to make cladding, kerbs and functional-decorative elements that enhance the visual value of the space.
Koločep jetty
For the renovation of the coastal infrastructure on the island of Koločep, stone elements made from Visočani blocks were used, thanks to their durability and resistance to the marine environment.
Cavtat promenade
Cavtat gained a new appearance thanks to the quality stone cladding, kerbs and promenades made from our blocks. The longevity and aesthetics of the stone make it ideal for coastal and public areas.
Promenades across Dubrovnik-Neretva County
Visočani Quarry participated in a series of projects landscaping coastal promenades and public spaces throughout the county. Its durability and visual neutrality enable natural integration into the Mediterranean setting.
